Telemundo last week announced the nominees to the 2018 Latin AMAs (American Music Awards) with Ozuna and J Balvin leading the nods with 9 nominations each. Followed by Nicky Jam (8), Daddy Yankee (6), Bad Bunny (5), Banda MS de Sergio Lizárraga (5), Christian Nodal (5), Luis Fonsi (4), Maluma (4), Romeo Santos (4), Shakira (4) y Wisin (4). 

The winners will be chosen by the public who will be voting for their favorites. Fans in the USA and Puerto Rico have until October 10th to vote via the website and fans worldwide can vote via Twitter.

The awards are set to take place at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California on Thursday, October 25, 2018 with the red carpet starting at 7pm and the awards at 8pm. They will be televised on Telemundo.
